Limited Edition Salvador Dalí (Spanish, 1904-1989) abstract nude-esque bronze sculpture c.1971, numbered 6/100. Piece is titled Earth Mother (Maternite), representing Artemis, the Goddess of Fertility, depicting a nurturing woman-like figure with a mechanism protruding from her forehead, grouping of nodules along chest and stomach, and Dali's classic "Melting Clock" imagery on her right shoulder. Piece is signed on lower hip area; it rests, but is not fully secured, on a solid dark marble base with white and grey veins throughout. Sculpture comes with paperwork dated 1998, including an invoice, brochure photographs, and C.A.G. Fine Arts Certificate of Appraisal, showing a 1998 appraisal value of $15,000. It measures approximately 6.75" x 5.5" x 15" tall.

Patinated bronze sculpture by artist Salvador Dalí (Spanish, 1904-1989), titled "Trajan "or "Trajano a Caballo (Trajan on Horseback)". Piece depicts Trajan, the Roman emperor from AD 98 to 117, remembered as the second of the Five Good Emperors of the Nerva-Antonine Dynasty, on his mighty steed with his arm raised in salute, shrouded in a billowing cape, the bottom edge of which is signed by the artist. "Trajan" is part of the Clot Collection, an approximately forty-four sculpture assemblage created by Dalí between the late 1960s and early 1980s at his home in Port Lligat, Spain, while sitting by his swimming pool, modelling malleable wax in the hot sun. Once finished, the wax sculptures were taken to the bronze foundry Diejasa, ran by friend Isidro Clot, hence the name The Clot Collection. From the deluxe edition of 375, the sculpture is numbered D-18-375 on the underbelly of the horse. Mounted on a rectangular green marble base, it measures approximately 6.5" x 4.5" x 8" tall.

Patinated bronze sculpture by artist Salvador Dalí (Spanish, 1904-1989) c.1974, numbered D-36-375 and signed in cast. Piece is titled "Christ de Saint Jean de la Croix" or "Christ of St. John on the Cross", depicting an imposing crucified Christ, balancing on the head of a spiked nail, embedded in a pyramid of stones. "Christ de Saint Jean de la Croix" is part of the Clot Collection, an approximately forty-four sculpture assemblage created by Dalí between the late 1960s and early 1980s at his home in Port Lligat, Spain, while sitting by his swimming pool, modelling malleable wax in the hot sun. Once finished, the wax sculptures were taken to the bronze foundry Diejasa, ran by friend Isidro Clot, hence the name The Clot Collection. "Christ de Saint Jean de la Croix" is mounted on a dark marble base with green veins running throughout. It measures approximately 6" x 6" x 15" tall.
